This Privacy Policy explains how DartRise (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use the mobile application.
1. Data We Collect
A. Data you create in the App
- Game and training data (scores, match history, statistics, progress).
- Tournament data you enter (for example: tournament name, players, brackets, results).
Most gameplay data is stored locally on your device.
B. Data used for shared tournaments
When you use tournament sharing features, the App uses Supabase to store and retrieve shared tournament data.
- Shared tournament content can include tournament metadata and results you choose to publish.
- The App may use an anonymous authentication identifier to let the creator manage shared tournaments.
If you contact support by email, we receive the information you provide in your message (for example, your email address and message content).
2. Data We Do Not Intentionally Collect
- We do not require account creation for normal app usage.
- We do not intentionally collect precise location data.
- We do not intentionally collect contacts, photos, or microphone recordings.
- We do not currently serve third-party advertising in the App.
3. How We Use Data
We use information to:
- Provide core app features (scoring, training, tournaments).
- Save and sync shared tournament content when you use sharing features.
- Maintain app reliability and respond to support requests.
4. Legal Bases (EEA/UK)
Where applicable, we process data based on:
- Performance of a contract (providing app functionality you request).
- Legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product maintenance).
- Consent, when required by law.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data.
We may share limited data with service providers strictly to operate the App, such as:
- Supabase (backend/database for shared tournament features).
These providers process data under their own terms and security controls.
6. Data Retention
- Local app data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.
- Shared tournament data is retained while needed to provide sharing features, or until deleted by us or by feature controls.
- Support emails may be retained as needed to handle your request and legal obligations.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the minimum age required by local law without parental consent. If you believe a child provided personal data unlawfully, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal data.
